THE WITCHES ARE OUT

THE PLOT:

Darin is in a real pickle and must choose sides. Sam is at home with having tea with Aunt Bertha, Aunt Mary and Aunt Clara discussing how mortals slander witches on Halloween, meanwhile a candy client named Brickwell wants an ugly witch as his spokes character for a new line of Halloween candy.

But when Darin sides with Sam over Brickwell, Larry Tate fires him (big surprise). So in order to get Darin's job back, the Witches form an ugly witch protest group and pays Brickwell a visit to discuss how wrong stereotyping any minority is, even witches.

THE OPINION:

Marion Lorne who plays Aunt Clara was a brilliant comedic actress and she is missed every day. The plot for the Witches are out sets a tone for the rest of the series, the strange and hard to please client who tells Darin want they want without listening to what's best for the company. Aunt Clara's mishaps. Just a great episode.
